Retail Shift Leader

Position: Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) – EZPawn, Houston, TX

Location: 13555 Westheimer Houston, Texas 77077

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Process loans and extensions, and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Open and close the store, perform opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store team members.
• Promote sales and facilitate deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from competitors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong negotiation talents and customer‑needs assessment skills.
