Custom Framing Designer and Sales

Store – Otsego, MN

This position focuses on building customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for art. The candidate will help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for, providing a safe, clean, and clutter‑free environment.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Apply the Elevated ABC designer system to deliver custom framing solutions and build customer relationships.
• Deliver sales and production results, completing framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and other designated areas, including SISO and directed replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and locate products, and promote a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.
• Execute shrinkage and safety programs, follow SOPs and company programs, and participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
• Operate the cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes and other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store, remain standing for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Occasional outdoor work for retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop involves glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

$11.50 – $13.50 per hour.
