Job Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology (Field Service Representative). Market: SSA - GA - Athens. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Monday–Friday. Weekend assignments only if needed. Early morning and late‑night availability required.

• $16.50 per hour.

• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Variety of projects and clients.

• Respond to field services management promptly (within 24 hours of contact).
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete required forms/surveys before leaving job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and teams of 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late night as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and e‑mail.
• Use a smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading apps, connecting to internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
• Must be able to navigate various communication platforms independently.
• Completed all training assignments and tasks within designated time.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Superior leadership, professional communication, presentation skills.
• Problem‑solving, sound judgment, excellent time management and reporting skills.
