Position Summary

Join Sam’s Club’s produce team to ensure high‑quality, fresh produce for our members. You will be the front‑line customer service representative, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to different work scenarios.
• Passion for and experience with produce.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and assessments within prescribed time.

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
• Keep the produce area clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Receive and stock merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources.
• Prepare produce to standard specifications (trim, crisp, package, scale).
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Demonstrate ownership of area performance and guide peers.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Competitive hourly wage $17.00 to $25.00.
