Position SummaryThis position provide will provide support for Schools, Colleges, Divisions and Units on campus along with support for the department heads and staff within the Budget Division. The incumbent will serve as the backup to the Budget Specialist which requires detailed analysis, data preparation and reporting. The focus and nature of this position requires professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
In addition, this position deals with matters of a highly confidential nature.
- Knowledge related to financial management, budgeting, budgetary reporting, and analysis.
- A working knowledge of People Soft or similar financial management system.
- Knowledge of UGA and USG budget policies and procedures.
