Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience

Position Summary Serves as a resource for PIs, Business Managers, and Grants Coordinators on all aspects of post-award sponsored projects management. Provides direct support to the Administrative Financial Director relating to all accounting processes to include research, report preparation, and collection of data. Provides support to other members of the Business Office team as needed.

  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and speaking.
  • Effectively perform multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to set deadlines and track progress on different tasks related to the job (i.e., preparing reports, monitoring budgets).
  • Good time management skills that allow for flexibility when completing multiple tasks in a given time frame.
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems.
Physical Demands
  • Repetitive hand movements (keyboard, calculator).
  • Walk, sit, and stand.
  • Driving as needed to perform job tasks.
