BOS Staffing is growing, and we’re hiring a results-driven sales professional who knows how to open doors, build trusted client relationships, and win new business.

This role is for a true hunter — someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, consultative conversations with decision-makers, and owning the full sales cycle. If you’re motivated by performance, autonomy, and building a book of business in professional services, we want to talk.

Location: Hybrid role based in Athens, GA. In-person a few days per month. Candidates may commute from surrounding areas

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new client acquisition within targeted verticals, including legal, accounting, and professional services
  • Proactively prospect and outbound call decision-makers (partners, managing attorneys, CFOs, HR leaders)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand workforce needs and hiring challenges
  • Present custom staffing solutions aligned to client goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting through close and handoff
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent BOS Staffing at networking events, industry meetings, and client visits
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client data in CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and one-on-one coaching with your sales manager
  • Follow a defined sales process that supports accountability while preserving autonomy
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B service-based sales (staffing, professional services, SaaS, or similar)
  • A hunter mindset — confident initiating conversations and opening new accounts
  • Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience
  • Executive-level communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to navigate complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen (pricing, margins, contracts)
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
  • CRM-disciplined with a data-driven approach to managing pipeline
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results
