Regional Sales Manager – Restaurants Tech Solutions

Location:

Atlanta, Georgia | Full‑time

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to exceed regional revenue goals.
  • Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
  • Guide full‑cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C‑suite.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
  • Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota‑carrying environment.
  • “Hunter” type personality with proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends.
  • Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
  • Bonus:
    Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
  • Bonus:
    Familiarity with solution‑based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
