- Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your A game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Auto sales experience is preferred. Energetic and motivated to succeed with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus!
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, Vin Solutions, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
