Responsibilities- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training to decide on the best pest solution.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads provided by a robust advertising budget.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
- Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
- Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Obtain appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
- Position located in Newnan, Georgia.
- Safe use of ladder within weight capacity; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear PPE; sometimes requires OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
