Role Overview
Humana's Market Point Career Channel Team seeks skilled Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role in the designated territory. You will collaborate with 8–12 team members under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to deliver Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and offers.
Responsibilities- Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
- Create meaningful face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits.
- Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.

- Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members’ homes and community events.
- Proven experience engaging with the community through service, volunteer work, or local events.
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required coverage limits.
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
- Prior experience selling Medicare products.
- Experience public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Field‑based role requires in‑person, virtual, and phone interactions. Face‑to‑face visits in prospective members’ homes are a key part of the position.
Schedule:
Meetings may occur evenings and weekends; flexibility is essential.
Training:
Mandatory first five weeks of employment and attendance.
Travel:
Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
Compensation: $80,000 – $125,000 per year (base and commission). Actual earnings vary with performance.
