• Listen to customer needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the selection process.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and available incentives, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide extensive training to ensure your success!
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A strong drive to succeed, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
• Maintain a professional appearance and business attire.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
