• Greeting customers and assisting them in finding desired products
• Introducing customers to new products and explaining features
• Informing customers about current sales, discounts, and promotions
• Upselling and cross‑selling when appropriate
• Answering product or service questions
• Stocking and organizing product racks and displays
• Coordinating with team members for excellent customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent (BS in marketing or related field a plus)
• Experience in retail sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Familiarity with visual merchandising
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and organization abilities
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
