• Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow‑through.

• Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to keep Site Pro ahead of the curve.

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that build confidence and loyalty.
• A self‑starter mindset with solid time management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
