As a Sales Associate at Chair King Backyard Store, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly smile and enthusiastic energy.
• Listening to customer needs and helping them find the perfect solutions.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Writing and closing sales with confidence.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
• Supporting your team and taking on other responsibilities as needed.

We believe hard work and great results deserve recognition. That’s why we offer:

• A guaranteed base hourly rate +
  commissions from 2.5% to 5%.
• Additional 20% incentives on select items.
