Position SummaryServe as a student animal caretaker in collaboration with the United States National Poultry Research Center. Students will meet ARS requirements for a T2 clearance.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all applicable welfare standards and research protocols
- Follow all biosecurity procedures
- Set up and clean up of all animal housings
- Provide feed and water as directed
- Observational monitoring of overall flock health
- Data collection and solid waste removal
Driving as needed for job duties.
