Lab​/Rsch Student Assistant-- TIan

Position Summary

Individual will assist with preparation of media, preparation of basic solutions, and reagents or materials for lab assays, autoclaving glassware/other supplies, plant growth, cultivation of plants and pathogens, and lab organization/cleaning. Individual will assist with basic lab protocols as requested.

• Assist with preparation of media, amended media, and basic solutions.
• Assist with plant growth, reagents, and cultivation of plants and pathogens as established by lab protocols.
• Assist with cleaning and sterilization/autoclaving of pipette tips, glassware, beads, and other supplies as requested.
• Assist with labeling and organization/cleaning of the lab.
• Assist with basic lab procedures/protocols.

• High school diploma.
