Position Summary

Individual will assist with preparation of media for isolation of plant pathogens, preparation of basic solutions and reagents or materials for lab assays, autoclaving glassware/other supplies, and lab organization/cleaning. Individual will assist with basic lab protocols as requested.

• Assist with preparation of media for isolation of plant pathogens, preparation of basic solutions and reagents or materials for lab assays, autoclaving glassware/other supplies, and lab organization/cleaning. (30%)
• Assist with cleaning and sterilization/autoclaving of pipette tips, glassware, beads, and other supplies as requested. (30%)
• Assist with labeling and organization/cleaning of lab. (20%)
• Assist with basic lab procedures/protocols. (20%)
