Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to onsite personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch requests across the location, helping to support timely communication between officers, supervisors, and/or client contacts.;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and other records related to calls for service, unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related events.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed to support dispatch operations and site procedures.
