A public higher education institution in Athens, Georgia seeks a Utility Worker to maintain residential facilities, perform basic repairs, and assist with inspections. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and good communication skills, along with some experience in maintenance. Essential tasks include minor electrical repairs, plumbing, and maintaining the exterior of residence halls. Working hours are M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for evenings and weekends required.
