Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems;
Ensure the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment;
Operate and monitor electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, BAS controls, chiller operations, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAVs, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations;
Adhere to Piedmont's Vehicle Safety Program policies;
Support weekend/shift coverage as implied by schedule (Sunday - Thursday)
