Technician - Temp Control; Shop

We're looking for an HVAC Technician (Shop) in Pearland, TX—a role that will help us power progress for our customers.

• Work out of the Pearland, TX service center’s Central Repair Shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop.
• Set up and operate equipment in the shop solo or teamed with another technician.
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or travel as needed.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–7 years of experience working on commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and reading schematics.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card based on customer requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to move or lift objects typically less than 50 lbs.
