University Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant/Handyman.
We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in carpentry, flooring installation and light electrical work. Plumbing and HVAC experience is a plus.
HoursMonday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant/Handyman- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps
- Carpentry skills (installation/finish work)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Other duties as assigned
