IES Residential, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on multi-family residential construction projects in the Athens, GA area, ensuring safety, scheduling, and quality. The role oversees field operations, reads drawings, and collaborates with GCs and other trades.
Minimum 4–6 years in residential/multi-family electrical work, with high school diploma or equivalent;
Journeyman/Master license a plus. Strong NEC knowledge and leadership required.
