Plant Maintenance Mechanics - $30.80/hr - Athens, GA

Heidelberg Materials is seeking Plant Maintenance Mechanics for their Athens, GA location. These professionals will perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• $21.00 to $30.80 per hour

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Successful completion of post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels
