Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a Warranty Technician to be the primary field contact for customers, handling warranty claims, repairs and education. The role demands strong customer service, field diagnostics, and teamwork with office staff and the construction team.
You will perform repairs, assist with scheduling, document services, and maintain knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals. Occasional overtime and weekend work may occur during peak seasons.
