Title: Technical Test Lead

Location: Kendall Park, NJ

• Develop and execute software test strategies, test plans, and test cases to identify software problems.
• Identify, develop, and execute automated test cases for software applications using Selenium Web Driver.
• Develop algorithms to automate tasks as per business requirements.
• Design a test automation framework to create an automated regression test suite and script.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries incorporated in automation scripts.
• Test application performance on cross platforms.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Implement keyword driven frameworks.
• Automate test cases.
• Create proof of concept (POC) for automated software testing programs by building a framework and automating positive and negative test scenarios.
• Create requirement traceability matrices and test results metrics using integration and system test plans.
• Work with the product owner to analyze changing requirements and user stories.
• Create test data and support test planning by performing task estimation.
• Review automation test code and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance to mitigate risks.
• May travel & relocate to various unanticipated sites throughout the US.

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field and at least three years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in the same fields and at least five years of experience.
