• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Every Other Thursday 6 PM - 6 AM

• Grade: ES11
• Compensation Range: $21.01 - $24.72

• Provide drivers with necessary support during evening and/or weekend hours so that drivers can deliver loads safely and on time.
• Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist drivers with delays, service issues, trailers, payroll, and other needs.
• Fuel and route drivers while promoting safety.
• Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to address immediate issues.
• Resolve driver issues utilizing critical thinking to solve out‑of‑the‑box problems.
• Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect scheduled delivery/pickup times; proactively inform customers and accounts of changes.
• Resolve load targets and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, operations drivers, and leadership.
• Respond to drivers and terminal needs; assist with emergency situations as necessary.
• Understand and support company policies.
• Keep drivers rolling safely by ensuring accurate PTAs, providing trailer solutions, planning BPMs and required appointments, helping keep CDL’s in order, managing home‑time guidelines, and ensuring they remain productive.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years driving experience, and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have a true passion for helping drivers.
• Must be able to work in high‑pressure situations.
• Must possess strong problem‑solving skills.
• Must be self‑motivated.
• Must be detail‑oriented.
