Part-Time Door Trash Collection Specialist - Nights

Overview

Earn reliable extra income close to home with a consistent evening schedule. No long-distance driving. No off-site dumping. To perform this role, you must have either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of towing a trailer with a trailer to be used for the job.

• Each service night, help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps so it’s gone by morning.
• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a utility trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking through communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Avoid long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.

• Truck Pay Rate: $20 per hour
• Non-Truck Pay Rate: $18 per hour

• Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app, and willingness to receive SMS/text communications during pre-employment and employment, including updates and scheduling
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
