Position Summary
Safe operation of buses on campus routes and occasional charters. Complete paperwork associated with assignments. Follow written and verbal instructions as required by supervisory personnel. Occasional bus washing and other non-driving tasks are required from time to time. Applicants must submit to drug and alcohol testing as required by the US Department of Transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities- Safe operation of buses on campus routes and occasional charters.
- Wash buses and perform other non-driving related duties as required from time to time.
- Complete paperwork associated with assignments.
- Attend safety meetings as occasionally scheduled.
- Successful recruits will train for and receive a Commercial Driver’s License with a Class B Passenger Endorsement.
- Ability to demonstrate a safe driving record, good communications skills and the ability to work with other people of various backgrounds and skill levels.
Sitting for long periods of time, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Driving.
