Yard Associate

Job Overview

The Full-Time Yard Associate supports daily yard and warehouse operations, managing material receiving, stocking, and organization while maintaining safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.

• Move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse to maintain accurate inventory.
• Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment following all safety rules.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and use proper lifting techniques.
• Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and collaborate with team members to meet delivery deadlines.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Capability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks; forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Experience in hands‑on yard/warehouse operations.
• Proficient in English;
  Spanish may be required in some locations.
• Pass background screening and drug screen.

Work is performed outdoors or in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

• Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $23.94 per hour, with starting wage influenced by position, location, education, training, and experience.
• Possibility of overtime based on business needs.
