Required Skills

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist services or inpatient OB care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies efficiently
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with multidisciplinary OB critical care
• Familiarity with hospital-based obstetric triage and inpatient management
• Previous work in rural or community hospital settings
• Bilingual skills or additional languages

Preferred

Education and Experience

• Completion of an OB/GYN residency program
• At least 2 years of hospitalist experience in obstetrics
• Current certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS

Other Requirements

• Availability for 24-hour shifts and flexible scheduling
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and compliance requirements
• Must adhere to all licensure, certification, and hospital policies
• Travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable

This position offers competitive pay at $202.80 per hour, including benefits such as weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 dedicated support from our team. Orientation hours are compensated at 50% of the standard rate, with overtime, holiday, and conversion rates outlined in our engagement rules.
