Pediatric and newborn patients - Setting:
Inpatient hospital / newborn nursery - Responsibilities:
Newborn nursery care, pediatric consultations for ED, circumcisions, inpatient rounding, collaborative care with neonatologists and hospitalists, participation in quality improvement initiatives - Required Procedures:
Circumcisions and general pediatric hospitalist procedures - EMR System:
Not specified - Support Staff: 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, Neonatology support from Pediatrix
- Days Per Month:
Approximately 7 shifts - On-Call/Weekends: 24/7 call coverage from home including weekends
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Ohio license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA prior to start
- NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
- Must not require visa support
