About the Finance DepartmentThe Finance Department is a strong believer in experiential and applied learning and offers excellent research resources and support in addition to a variety of teaching opportunities. Ohio University has WRDS access to CRSP, Compustat, Option Metrics, and Execucomp as well as access to Thomson Reuters Analyst Reports, Bloomberg, and Factset. Our faculty has published in Financial Analysts Journal, Financial Management, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Finance, Review of Asset Pricing Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.

Minimum QualificationsA master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or a PhD in finance (ABD acceptable at the time of application).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience teaching in higher education
- Practical industry or research experience in relevant areas.
