Arts Administration On-Campus Instructors (Pool Posting)

This is a pool posting for potential instructor needs that may arise for the academic year 2026-27 in Arts Administration. The position will involve teaching in-person synchronous courses at the Athens campus. Course topics will vary based on need but may include 'Intro to Arts Administration,' 'Funding and Development for Arts Organizations,' and 'Concepts, Communications, Considerations in Arts Management.'

• Plan, prepare, and deliver synchronous in-person courses in Arts Administration.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate class records and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop curriculum as needed.

• Minimum. Master’s degree in Arts Administration (or related field) by the start date of appointment, or an equivalent amount of professional practice or experience in accordance with Ohio University policy 18.001.
• Preferred. Experience teaching Arts Administration courses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
