Support the transition of new products from engineering into production by helping to define, refine, and stabilize manufacturing processes.
Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistent and repeatable manufacturing practices.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall product quality.
Contribute to design updates, modifications, and new feature development for electronic controllers and related hardware.
Support testing, compliance, and certification activities to ensure products meet relevant standards and customer requirements.
Participate in configuration control activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing, product development, or hardware support environment.
Strong ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware and identify failure modes, including hands-on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments, including builds, repairs, and process support for electronic hardware.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and related technical documentation.
Experience using ECAD tools to support hardware design, review, or modification.
Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles as applied to hardware, PCB design, and electronic controllers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
