Teller, Finance & Banking

At OUCU Financial, we believe in building strong relationships with our members and communities. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Teller - the face of our branches and a key player in delivering exceptional member service.

The pay for this position starts at $15.93 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.

• Greet members warmly and assist with routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately and efficiently
• Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union services
• Ensure compliance with credit union polices and procedures
• Promote a positive member experience with every interaction

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to decipher information and communicate with members and staff.
• Basic math, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
• Reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Full-time 40 hour per week position. Must be available to work any shift during our regular business hours.
