We are seeking a Substance Use and Peer Program Manager! Ohio Region Hybrid PositionIntegrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.

The Program Manager serves as the primary resource for expertise for Substance Use Disorder, Ohio START, and peer programming, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for supporting counties in program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. The Program Manager is the subject matter expert and promotes collaboration and innovation, ensures effective communication and process alignment, and supports the implementation of best practices to achieve organizational goals.
The salary range for this position is $68,000.00 to $84,000.00 based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions:Maintains expert knowledge related to pertinent content areas, new developments, and industry trends related to regulatory reporting, including but not limited to program fidelity, CMS and State Medicaid requirements, specialty topic areas, relevant specialty reporting, as well as new and developing program requirements.
Integrates the principles and values of continuous quality improvement (CQI) throughout.
Works with Regional Directors and County Managers to establish individual, team, and departmental goals with performance metrics in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, supporting mission and values.
Serves as support for supervisors and team members’ unique program and process questions, communication of policy and procedure changes, and ensures general adherence to program fidelity.
Supports county supervisors in the review and selection of new team members as well as the evaluation of employee performance.
Establishes and conducts recurring team meetings and one-on-one meetings with staff.
Develop internal training plans to enhance team members’ knowledge and create growth opportunities.
Monitors and tracks team performance measures and goals related to program requirements. Provide reports to the Sr. Director, Intake and Specialty Programs as applicable.
Collaborate with peer departments in meeting the needs of the clients and stakeholders within the mission, values, and goals of ISBH.
Provides internal/external guidance, training, and assistance on clinical workflow, practice transformation and application of standards related to regulatory and industry reporting.
Collects, analyzes, and composes reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaisons with local judges and court systems within our service area.
Builds referral network with court systems to ensure access to programs.
Builds and maintains external and internal relationships to drive program growth, mutually beneficial solutions, and positive client experiences
Presents at various community, state, and national conferences/initiatives on behalf of ISBH as needed.
Participates in marketing visits to assist with the evaluation of potential member workflows and structure.
Positively represents the organization to potential customers, external stakeholders, and collaborating entities by integrating exemplary customer service in all aspects of work processes and outcomes.
