We are seeking a Manager, OhioRISE Care Management (Region H)
Hocking, Vinton, and Athens Counties

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑minded, forward‑thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well‑being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.

All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The Manager, OhioRISE Care Management oversees regional care coordination services for youth and families involved in multiple systems of care within the OhioRISE program. The role provides operational, clerical and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, youth and family services that meet program, compliance, and quality standards

The salary range for this position is $85,505.20 - $96,320.97 based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

Essential Functions:

  • Assures all programming is delivered with youth and family voice at the center of design and implementation.
  • Provides direct oversight of operations and programmatic activity for care coordination services within an identified region.
  • Provides direct oversite that supports successful fidelity audits for Hi-Fidelity Wraparound.
  • Directly manages Care Coordination Supervisors and oversees care coordinators and support staff.
  • Provides guidance, support, and direction related standards within the OhioRISE Program and ISBH policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for timely access to care in compliance with agency and program standards.
  • Performs administrative duties in support of care coordination service delivery.
  • Monitors service delivery for desired quality and clinical outcomes and other targeted benchmarks and makes recommendations for programmatic changes within a quality improvement framework.
  • Responsible for implementation of regional program schedules and budgets.
  • Develops and maintains working relationship with partner agencies and community stakeholders in the region.
  • Manages growth and development of care coordination services and the team within the region.
  • Travel within designated service area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Licensure:

  • High school degree or GED equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, public health, education or related fields is required/preferred
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a LSW/LPC LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT is required/preferred
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and autism preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
  • Experience with compliance and quality initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Willingness to be part of a team and work cooperatively with all ISBH staff.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is required

  • Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
  • An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
