Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - - Responsibilities:
Review and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete setup according to the BEO.;
Set tables in assigned area with linen, silverware, glassware, and table complements; keep station neat.;
Learn the menu and explain major ingredients and preparation methods to guests.;
Stand at assigned station at least 15 minutes prior to function start time and respond to guest requests.;
Assist in setting up and breaking down buffet, banquet bars, coffee breaks, and other service stations.
