Oracle Cloud Program Manager
Supports the University’s Oracle Cloud implementation and ongoing system maintenance, coordinating the transition of key human resources, finance, and related administrative processes to the enterprise system.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate project activities, issue resolution, risk tracking, cross‑functional communication, and post‑implementation support across the implementation team, external partners, and University stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, technical expertise, and program management for complex functions or initiatives requiring deep subject‑matter knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with executive sponsors, including the Vice President for Finance and Administration, Chief Information Officer, Vice President for Human Resources, and various department leads.
- Support ongoing Oracle Cloud maintenance, enhancement planning, issue escalation and continuous improvement of related business processes after go‑live.
- Manage competing demands of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle.
- Act with high autonomy and lead problem‑solving efforts across various challenges.
- Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally and represent the team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional project teams, executive sponsors, external implementation partners and stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP, HCM, finance, or cloud‑based administrative systems, including Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, communications, governance, and implementation readiness.

CompensationPay is commensurate with experience and credentials;
Pay Grade 20;
Pay Range $80,593.00‑$.
Location: Campus Athens, Athens, OH (on‑site).
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday during normal business hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
