Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP , CCBA ) is advantageous.
The Business Process Improvement Analyst serves as a technical specialist responsible for engineering streamlined, automated, and data‑driven operational workflows across the organization. This role applies advanced process‑improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream analysis) in combination with strong technical capabilities—including workflow automation, system integration, API
-based data movement, and analytics enablement—to diagnose inefficiencies, architect scalable solutions, and implement optimized end‑to‑end processes.
The position plays a critical role in designing and maintaining high‑reliability, high‑performance process environments. This includes developing automation scripts and integrations, enhancing data flows between enterprise systems, creating documentation for system behavior and workflow logic, and ensuring technical processes adhere to standards for security, governance, and maintainability.
