Customer Service Delivery Driver

Job Description

This position works closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products and recommend appropriate solutions. The role also involves delivering products from Sherwin‑Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using company vans or pick‑up trucks.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and documentation.
• Retrieve product from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and notify supervisor of repair and servicing needs.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
• Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, and safety procedures when driving.
• Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

• Age 21 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring a visa sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer‑service position.
• Prior experience selling paint or paint‑related products.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
• Polish or Spanish language proficiency.
