• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; evaluation of education/experience as necessary.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a building services worker or custodian.

• Perform manual cleaning and related duties in and around university athletic buildings and facilities (locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, sidewalks, front steps, offices) – 50%
• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors; dust and clean chalkboards and offices; wash windows, walls, trash cans, and glass doors; frequently work from a ladder – 40%
• Replace light bulbs, clean and polish brass – 5%
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations – 2%
• Perform related work as needed by Building Services Lead and Building Services Supervisor – 2%
• Report damaged structures and equipment – 1%
