Our client is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join their growing property management team. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-kept residential communities.
The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in responding to maintenance requests, completing repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance efforts that help ensure properties remain attractive, functional, and welcoming for residents.
What You'll Be Doing
- Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform general handyman and property maintenance tasks.
- Assist with plumbing repairs and routine maintenance.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, and painting projects as needed.
- Maintain common areas and community facilities.
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives and property improvement projects.
- Help ensure properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Respond to maintenance needs and contribute to overall resident satisfaction.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, however that schedule could vary in the winter months to come in early for snow maintenance

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

They are dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while delivering quality results. Candidates with maintenance, construction, facilities, apartment maintenance, property management, or general handyman experience will be especially successful in this role.
