Service & Repair Coordinator

What You'll Do:

* Work on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop

* Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry

* Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders

* Identify and escalate risks related to parts, capacity, or scheduling conflicts

* Maintain accurate documentation from job initiation through completion

* Partner with purchasing, sales, and shop leadership to synchronize priorities

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

* Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.

* Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.

* Understanding of machining, assembly, or repair sequencing is a plus

* Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.

* Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
