The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive womens health services with a strong emphasis on obstetric and gynecologic care. This provider will work collaboratively with the physician team to support the continued growth of the practice while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across a rural patient population.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including the evaluation and management of OB patients, routine prenatal care, postpartum care, womens wellness visits, contraceptive management, and common gynecologic conditions. Experience working within a fast-paced womens health environment is required.
This role will support both clinic operations and continuity of care for established and new patients. The provider will assist in improving patient access, reducing waiting times, administrative workload (BOLT teamwork) and supporting the increasing demand for womens health services within the region.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Management of routine and acute OB/GYN patient needs
Preventive womens health services and patient education
Support of surgical patient workflows and follow-up care
Collaboration with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment plans
Opportunity to participate in procedural care based on experience and training
Participation in patient education and community-focused womens health initiatives
The position is best suited for a provider who is compassionate, team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to continue expanding their clinical knowledge and procedural skill set within a growing specialty practice.
Schedule: Mon - Fri (8am - 4pm)
Number of Physicians: Currently 1.5. Dr. Bertuna is full-time and Dr. Ramey part-time.
Patient Voume: Dr. Bertuna averages between 40-50 patients per clinic. We anticipate this role to be 20-25 patients a day.

Compensation and Benefits:
Clinical Compensation ranging from $206,236 to $257,795
Annual CME funds of $3,000

Maintain efficient patient throughput while ensuring high-quality patient care

Support timely patient access and scheduling needs to reduce appointment wait times

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care consistent with organizational and specialty guidelines
