LPN Staffing Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

A nursing home near Athens, TN is seeking a detail-oriented and organized LPN Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage while supporting facility operations and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules for multiple healthcare facilities.

• Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs.

• Communicate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and agency personnel.

• Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Assist with onboarding and scheduling of new nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.

• Respond to staffing emergencies and scheduling changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee

• 2 years of work experience as a LPN
