We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home healthcare services, including enteral feeds and seizure management. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing services per prescribed orders, monitoring physiological and psychosocial changes, and analyzing patient data to inform diagnoses.
Qualifications- current LPN licensure in the practice state
- up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
- current BLS certification
Shifts available include day and night options, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN work.
