• Prepare, cook, assemble, and deliver food safely and quickly.
• Execute operational positions and tasks in the restaurant according to Chick-fil-A's Brand Standards.
• Ensure fast and accurate service by being quick, but never rushed, and always confirming orders.
• Create a welcoming environment for our team and guests by keeping it clean, safe, and refreshing.
• Make interactions personal by using names and sharing a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Be proactive by checking in with Team Members and guests and anticipating needs.

• Be able to stand and work on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Lift and carry inventory, food and beverage products, and restaurant supplies as necessary.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's appearance, apparel, and uniform standards.
• Be consistent and reliable with attendance and performance.
• Have a strong work ethic and be adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Have a friendly, positive, and customer service-oriented mindset.
